Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Food for Good budget and cash, including but not limited to forecasting, creation/tracking of P&Ls, and coordination with Finance/Accounting
  • Analyzing FFG cost center data
  • Maintaining period reporting processes including support of FFG forecast
  • Annually compiling, cleansing and analyzing FFG results to provide year-end reports and tax return support
  • Providing financial analysis to support Foundation Board meetings and other ad-hoc requests
  • Support the maintenance of the Foundation relationship with True Impact in the development of Foundation impact measurement and scorecarding of Foundation KPIs
  • Lead data analytics and reporting for Employee Engagement activities including:
  • Perform analysis on 2020 Employee Engagement program data
  • Assist with 2021 budget plan and identify KPIs for 2021 strategic programming
  • Provide administrative support including managing the PGB SPA box, recording notes and tracking project timelines

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience required
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams with ability to learn and utilize multiple systems including CyberGrants and SAP
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills and process orientation
  • Ability to work independently handling multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
  • Experience within a corporate Foundation and/or a Corporate 500 company
  • Passion for social impact
  • Familiarity with CyberGrants grants management system a plus
