Role Overview – Assistant Superintendent:
Join a reputable, family-owned road construction company as an Assistant Construction Superintendent. In this role, you will support project operations, maintain schedules, and ensure quality for heavy highway and civil construction projects.
Compensation: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00
Location: Hyde Park, Massachusetts
Responsibilities of the Assistant Superintendent include:
• Collaborating with Superintendent and Project Manager to direct resources
• Maintaining production schedules and contract compliance
• Providing real-time problem-solving to uphold quality standards
• Representing company interests to engineers, owners, and inspectors
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications of the Assistant Superintendent include:
• 1-3 years in heavy highway or road construction leadership role
• OSHA 10 certification
• Valid driver's license
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred
• Results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
