  • Daily performance reporting
  • Ad-hoc Internal & LP Reporting
  • Monthly, Quarterly LP & Executive reporting
  • YE Audit coordination
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Ensure daily recons of cash, trades, P&L are completed on timely and accurate basis
  • LP Capital Call/Dist
  • LP allocations
  • Fund/LP Returns
  • Detailed Investor reporting acumen
  • Recons & tie outs of NAV to admin
  • Expense management (Fund budgets, Expense payments, Mgmt co. reconciliations and support for AP/AR payments)
  • Liaise, coordinate with all counterparties (banks, admin, etc.)
  • Working closely with senior management regularly
  • Continuous communication across global teams




  • 5+ year’s public/private experience with fund accounting focus.
  • Strong credit product experience
  • Knowledgeable of systems (Advent Geneva, BMS/Everest)
  • Knowledgeable of a variety of fund structures; closed ended a plus
  • Knowledgeable of asset valuation, modeling
