Atlantic Group is currently representing a growing real estate development firm that is seeking an Architect/Project Manager to support their team in the Philadelphia market. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture with experience in design, while also being interested in managing projects. Candidates do not need to be Registered Architects, as there is already one on staff, so it is also a great opportunity to work under an RA and gain hours. Responsibilities

• Manage design for designated projects from pre-construction to project close-out.
• Oversee design project schedule and timeline for necessary parties.
• Assist with the creation of overall project budgets.
• Engage directly with internal team and contractors, focused on driving performance during design build-out phase.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction or a related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in a position within Architecture.
• Experience on projects focused on multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, or medical office buildings a plus.
• Ability to manage projects, at times independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to develop relationships and keep open lines of communication to move projects forward in a timely fashion.
• Skilled in design programs, with Revit experience required.
