Responsibilities

 

  • Generate and uphold fund model and portfolio management models for commingled funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs)
  • Generate and uphold valuation models for co-investments and underlying assets in the company’s fund investments, following the company’s established real estate valuation methodology and supporting the company’s valuation policy
  • Conduct market research to support assumptions used in valuation models
  • Coordinate the process and schedule of completing the valuations as well as responding to auditor’s questions alongside the Investment and Accounting teams
  • Prepare summaries of valuation results for discussion in the Valuation Committee
  • Produce and manage quarterly investor reporting, including writing commentary on key drivers of cash flow activity and performance and updating various performance measurement and portfolio analytics.
  • Support ongoing investor relations through management of investor relations inbox and responding to various investor-related requests, including investor information request, audit confirmation requests, and due diligence questionnaires

 

Requirements

 

  • Two years related experience required
  • Fund management, fund accounting, or investor relations experience preferred
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline required.
