Administrative/Sales Assistant

Our client is one of New York’s recognized telecommunication company whose cutting edge technology has been in the forefront of the industry  for over 20 years. They provide IT/network solutions to customers across industries including healthcare, education, commercial & residential real estate, and small business owners. They are now looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their Long Island City office.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist the Director of Business Development and Sales with administrative tasks and projects
  • Meet deadlines set by our customers or potential clients.
  • Review, prepare, and manage client proposals, & track job costs
  • Maintain client database using ACT
  • Screen & answering phone calls, filing and data entry.
  • Assist with the daily office operations
  • Other administrative duties & project work as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • Must possess a clean NYS Driver’s license.
  • Previous knowledge of preparing proposals for commercial industry bids a plus.
  • Experience working with floor plans, cads, Visio – a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
