Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

  • Welcome and greet all visitors and clients
  • Answer a multi-line phone and/or take detailed messages
  • Maintain reception area and conference rooms
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Receive, sort and route/deliver company mail. Meter outgoing mail
  • Assist with assembling client financial and tax documents
  • Organize & schedule appointments
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules
  • Write and distribute mail, email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintain client database
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
  • Fax and scan paperwork, create and edit professional documents, review client forms, and assist with additional duties and projects as needed
  • Maintain inventory (i.e. copy and fax paper, envelopes, etc.) for mailroom and supply room as requested. Fill copier/fax machines with paper daily




  • The ideal applicant will have 1 year or more of professional office experience as a front desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
  • You must have a polished and professional appearance and a great “can do “attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook)
  • Available to work overtime hours when necessary and/or during tax season
  • Must possess excellent phone, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Also, must have the ability to pay attention to detail and ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able to meet deadlines.

  • Must display a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
