Accounting Manager, Consolidations

  • Responsible for global consolidation of entities and investment funds, including consolidation entries, foreign currency, inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
  • Prepare financial account analyses, including supporting schedules on a quarterly basis.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and prepare ad hoc financial analyses as required for management.
  • Collaborate with auditors and quarterly reviews.
  • Assist in maintaining/enhancing financial systems, including the general ledger and consolidation system.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Provide guidance and/or assistance to international accounting teams to ensure financial data is accounted for consistently across all corporate entities worldwide in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Perform certain key SOX control processes.







  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, 2 or more years public accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2-3 years in a public accounting ( Big 4 preferable) firm
  • Excellent excel skills and GL experience.
