Responsibilities

 

  • Provide Lease Schedules
  • Financial Reviews
  • Evaluate Job Performance
  • Maintain Departmental Deadlines
  • Oversee Month End Close
  • Banking
  • Daily LOC Transactions
  • Maintains Bonds & LOC Lists
  • Approve Payroll Exceptions/Increases
  • Facilitate Audits for Lenders, Insurance & Outside Audit Firms
  • Approve AP Payments

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree- Accounting
  • Construction Experience
  • 6-10 Years Accounting Experience
