Account Supervisor (Director)

Responsibilities

 

  • Participates in meaningful discussions with clients and partners with them to take actions to enhance the business.
  • Supports the agency perspective convincingly with Clients. Is persuasive and eloquent when communicating work and ideas.
  • Questions client requests when necessary and thinks creatively to solve problems.
  • Strives for unblemished execution.
  • Shows passion for the agency, the work and the client’s business.
  • CRM program oversight
  • Sets high standards and leads by example
  • Oversees junior staff and work product

 

Requirements

 

  • BA in Marketing or related degree
  • Minimum 6-7 years’ agency experience within account management
  • Experience in consumer DTC pharma or healthcare a must
  • Experience with OPDP submissions preferred
  • Launch experience preferred
  • Integrated consumer experience (video production, traditional and digital, web development)
  • Contributes to strategic thinking and can effectively manage multiple projects
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
