Responsibilities

 

  • Support clients by answering questions and providing materials
  • Leverage our technology, tools and best practices to onboard and service clients
  • Educate clients on the program benefits and features
  • Communicate product changes and updates
  • Conduct client and employee webinars
  • Coordinate implementations for new clients

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience in the HCM or benefits sector preferred but not required
  • Great People Skills/Communications skills
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Very comfortable and adept with technology
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
  • Comfortable with technology
