Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

  • Cultivate New Accounts. Your primary duty is to build a pipeline that will allow for repeatable profitable growth through new business development and ongoing relationship management within NEW LOGOS.
  • Manage weekly and quarterly forecast effectively through the their CRM Tool SFDC.
  • Leverage the support team where applicable to help with business development activities..
  • Support local Marketing initiatives
  • Consistent sales production is required. You must close new business on a consistent monthly basis
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
  • Understand the company’s industry, business processes and service offerings.
  • Prospect and recruit new customers, leveraging prior relationships and effective prospecting procedures and processes.
  • Develop and build relationships with local strategic sales representatives.
  • Market the company’s services through cold calling, & appointment scheduling
  • Keep track of sales activities including new clients, potential clients, current and past clients through company resources and tools.
  • Communicate customer needs to service delivery and operations as required.
  • Maintain sales competency within core OEM Partner community
  • Any Business Development activities that will have a measurable impact in closing New Business within New Logos.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

 

 

 

 

  • Three to Five years of proven Hunter experience within IT Services
  • Knowledge of and proven track record in the VAR business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent account management experience is required.
  • Strong Hunting skills a must.
  • Industry Sales Certification would be desirable.
  • Preferred candidate will have prior experience selling advance technology solutions leveraging a consultative led approach
  • Self-starter with ability to build client relationships, communicate product knowledge and help impact a customers buying cycle.
  • Proven track record in overachieving quarterly sales targets
  • Strong administrative skills including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Excel, & Salesforce.
  • Ability to craft and executive an Account Plan, & associated pursuit plan where and when applicable.
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments at all levels of the company
  • Able to demonstrate strong personal relationship skills.
