Senior Project Manager, Development September 2021 – Present

Lead project manager overseeing 30+ often concurrent tenant improvements, redevelopments, and capital projects across national life sciences portfolio.
Manage all phases of development including due diligence, entitlements, permitting, budgeting and cost control, financial reporting, design coordination, construction oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and project delivery.
Collaborate closely with leasing, operations, and finance teams to assess feasibility, ensure regulatory compliance, and align delivery with investment objectives and tenant requirements.

Major Projects:

$1B ground-up adaptive reuse converting a former gas transfer station into an 18-story, 600,000 SF life science building with two performing arts centers.
$52M redevelopment transforming a 72,000 SF Class B life science facility into a fully leased Class A operating asset.

Project Manager January 2021 – September 2021

Prepared bid documents including RFPs, RFIs, and addendums.
Leveled bids and prepared the award recommendation presentation to the owner.
Responsible for tracking all accounting and finance throughout the full project lifecycle and closeout.
Established, tracked, and maintained project schedule with contractors and coordinated turnover with owners.
Analyzed construction documents for potential misses prior to bidding, identifying nearly $100k of missed scope
Managed RFIs from contractors, architects, and engineers.
Negotiated change orders and scheduled impacts with the owner.
Supported regional director in generating $500k+ of sales through leading job walks, generating bid documents, and drafting contract proposals.

Assistant Project Manager August 2018 – January 2021

Qualified bidders, generated scope and bid documents, led pre bid meetings, negotiated and awarded contracts up to $5M.
Managed submittals, schedules, budgets, COs, RFIs, constructability issues, and budget tracking.

-Drafted, proposed, and implemented VE efforts at Advanced Outpatient Center.

Led LEED certification tracking and reporting to achieve LEED Gold certification at Advanced Outpatient Center.
Formed new business partnerships resulting in the bidding of $25M of projects in a new sector.

Major Project:

Assistant Project Manager August 2016 – February 2018

Assisted in project management oversight on the nationwide $25M 240+ store rollout.
Oversaw design iterations, drafted contractor and vendor RFPs, assisted in contract negotiation, held regular client status update and troubleshooting calls, and led project closeout and auditing.
Completed a postmortem financial audit which resulted in a $150,000 scope reduction being returned to the client.
Represented the Western Division overseeing field coordination, issue resolution, schedule tracking, change order management, and executive level client correspondence.
