Coordinated the renovation of a 3,500 sq ft commercial kitchen at a value of 1.2 million, repairing structural steel/masonry walls, replacing all kitchen equipment, installing 2 new AHUs, hood and exhaust systems.

22,000 sq ft hospital renovation over 13 months at a value of $19 million

Demolished over 110,000 sqft of adjoining structure during fitout operations to complete 10 inpatient rooms and 10 emergency rooms

Public Library 26,000sqft out of the ground project over 14 months at a value of $22 million
