Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager

NYC based boutique investment firm focused on the full spectrum of credit, from performing to distressed, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. After having recently taken over brand new, state of the art office space, the company is in need of a high-level administrative professional to run the office. In addition to overtime, paid benefits & bonus, the company offers free lunch, in office Peloton bikes and showers, and great quality of life.

 

Responsibilities

  • Facilities management
  • Vendor management
  • CRM database maintenance
  • Managing corporate credit card
  • Assisting with AP/AR
  • IT coordination with vendor
  • Work space set-up for new employees
  • Light support to Head of IR & CFO (they are pretty self-sufficient but may need project based help and/or light EA support)
  • Point of contact for building security
  • Daily work in MS Office Suite

 

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of relevant EA/Office Management experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required
