Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics

Our client is a 10-year-old investment manager with multiple offices across the US and overseas. With multiple investment platforms, they have built a solid foundation through several high-profile investments and currently have over $15B in assets under management. They are now looking to add a senior compensation professional to an existing team of 4. This will be a highly visible role, working directly with the VP, and will also offer exposure to other areas of HR. The role will offer a total compensation package of up to $140k (based on experience), plus benefits and other perks.







  • Oversee data and analysis for compensation processes
  • Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly materials in collaboration with Accounting and FP team
  • Utilize HRIS system to input, track and update employee compensation information
  • Lead annual compensation process with and analyze results
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership
  • Assist with performance review data, attrition statistics, and recruiting/new hire/diversity metrics






  • BA/BS required
  • Workday experience a plus
  • 3-5 years as Compensation Analyst or HRBP/Sr. Generalist with a focus on compensation
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong preference for previous experience within financial services
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Self-starter –has high energy, a strong work ethic and displays the ability to work independently, creatively and in entrepreneurial way
