Our client is a 10-year-old investment manager with multiple offices across the US and overseas. With multiple investment platforms, they have built a solid foundation through several high-profile investments and currently have over $15B in assets under management. They are now looking to add a senior compensation professional to an existing team of 4. This will be a highly visible role, working directly with the VP, and will also offer exposure to other areas of HR. The role will offer a total compensation package of up to $140k (based on experience), plus benefits and other perks.
