Senior Accountant

Montgomery County, PA

We are representing a Senior Accounting opportunity with a Private Equity backed company that is undergoing extensive acquisitions.  The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the accounting on the financials, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and strong financial analysis of the business. The position will allow the successful candidate to work with leading executives to help drive the business.



  • Conduct general accounting responsibilities adhering to GAAP principals
  • Prepare financial statement reports
  • Analyze reconciliations
  • Prepare month end close duties
  • Monitor general ledger account transactions.
  • Calculate and report all financial fund analysis



  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields
  • 2-5 years of general accounting experience.
  • Public accounting and CPA is preferred but not required.
