Our client was founded in 2013 with the passion to make the web a humanized user-experience. They partner with their clients to optimize and personalize the web user experience within any online platform by utilizing both audio and visual walkthroughs. With multiple office around the world, they are now looking to add a strong Sales Engineer to their NY office.
- Step in to work closely with the client post-sale
- Ability to translate client requests into functional requirements
- Lead, manage, and ensure the success of all technical facets of sales and account management
- Work with product on identifying systemic platform issues and the scope of technical problems or bugs and/or feature requests
- Fully understand the needs and goals of the client and assist in executing those needs
- Fly out to meet clients as needed (10% travel)
- Work with clients legal teams to ensure it meets their needs
- Create a new customized product for each client
- Discuss any challenges the customer may have
- Act as a resource for Sales and Account Management to answer client technical questions during the sales process
- Propose product enhancements and features to meet client needs
- Make presentations to clients
