Sales Administrative Assistant

A leading licensor of high quality eyewear is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team in support of a SVP. Over the course of their 13+ years in the industry, they have established themselves as a leader in developing and producing eyewear for both wholesales and private label accounts, with annual revenues totaling more than $30M. Their products can be found in both mid and mass-sized retail locations, as well as boutiques. The position is open due to growth and the office is located in Midtown, NYC.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to VP
  • Communication with accounts, sales representatives and various internal departments
  • Ensure samples are sent in a timely manner and work with internal and external contacts to follow up on/request samples
  • Run reports, analyze information, and prepare sales information as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5+ years’ experience, ideal candidate will be mid-level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
