The Recruiter will primarily spend their time recruiting for one of our successful divisions including, Accounting and Finance, Healthcare or Technology. We have an entrepreneurial environment with a great corporate culture.
- Develop a robust pipeline and database of qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques and networking
- Grow and cultivate an extended network of professional contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Screen and interview candidates in to assess their qualifications, compensation needs and cultural fit
- Provide complete, accurate information to candidates about the company and position
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records on all candidates, searches, req status and internal interactions with interviewers
- Stay informed and on top of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
