Job description



The Recruiter will primarily spend their time recruiting for one of our successful divisions including, Accounting and Finance, Healthcare or Technology. We have an entrepreneurial environment with a great corporate culture.






  • Develop a robust pipeline and database of qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques and networking
  • Grow and cultivate an extended network of professional contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Screen and interview candidates in to assess their qualifications, compensation needs and cultural fit
  • Provide complete, accurate information to candidates about the company and position
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records on all candidates, searches, req status and internal interactions with interviewers
  • Stay informed and on top of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
