Seeking a Jr. Administrative Assistant for a Global Real-Estate company in their US headquarters located in Fairfield County, CT.
- Meet & greet
- Serve as a Gatekeeper to answer and redirect calls appropriately
- Coordinate and receive packages & deliveries
- Order and maintain pantry & office supplies
- Manage conference room calendar
- Provide back up to executive phone lines
- Cover for other receptionist during lunch
- Ad-hoc projects- Accounts Payable, research, etc.
- Once comfortable in the role they hope to have this person support 2 VPs with projects & admin tasks
- BA from a 4 year accredited school
- 1+ years of relevant office experience
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
