Job Details 

 

 

  • Primary responsibility of this individual is the ongoing capturing and implementation of necessary data and information needed to create and distribute high quality, timely documents required in the client service and marketing of the real estate business.
  • Responsible for day to day processing of all real estate-related requests to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing;
  • Coordinate responses to client requests across various firm departments, including accounting, deal teams, and other required groups
  • Responsible for providing the quantitative sections of an RFP / DDQ / RFI and other data requests for external parties (collaborating with RE product specialist as needed on qualitative aspects)
  • Actively collaborate and coordinate with the RE product specialist for any externally focused documents
  • Actively manage the daily client service activities to ensure that the staff is delivering a high level of service
  • Responsible for delivery of quarterly reporting in a timely and efficient manner distribute investor statements and reports in accordance with investor instructions
  • Interact with external and internal clients in answering questions and resolving issues regarding fund reports
  • Serve as a liaison with our third-party fund administrator and/or in- house accounting to provide responses to recurring and ad-hoc data requests involving client reporting, investment performance reporting and various other requests from clients and investment consultants
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and review of quarterly data submission to various industry organizations and consultants
  • Regularly review processes to ensure maximum efficiencies while delivering superior service quality.
  • Coach and provide ongoing feedback to staff, identify training needs, and prepare development plans
  • Assist with a variety of special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Help develop creative solutions to better service our clients and consultants

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

  • 7-10 years of experience within Client Service ( Real Estate exposure required)
  • Strong presence, can do attitude, sharp in person.
  • Strong writing skills
