Role Overview:
As a project coordinator, you will create portfolio dashboards, analyze program metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategic decisions enterprise-wide. Leveraging your analytics talents, you will enable executive stakeholders to maximize ROI throughout initiatives' lifecycles.
Compensation: $65.00 /HR
Location: Hartford, Connecticut (Hybrid)
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:
• Developing KPI dashboards/scorecards aligned to business priorities
• Performing financial modeling/forecasting for portfolios
• Identifying performance gaps and opportunities through data
• Standardizing PMO policies/procedures across portfolios
• Producing presentations and briefing materials for leadership
• Facilitating meetings and driving continuous improvements
Qualifications of the Project Coordinator include:
• 8+ years of PMO analytics or related management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or communications
• Exceptional data visualization abilities; Tableau skills ideal
• Leadership presence with outstanding communication skills
