Office Manager/Administrative Receptionist

Our client is value-oriented long/short boutique hedge fund manager based in Midtown, NYC. Currently they have roughly $2B AUM and 10+ years of success under their belt. The current team is about 15 people and they are now looking to add an Office Manager/ Administrative Receptionist to the team. Hours are 8am-5:30pm. This role will offer fully paid benefits and will also be bonus eligible.

 

Responsibilities

  • Will sit at reception and do meet & greet- phone & foot traffic is light
  • Meeting coordination; 1-2 meetings/day
  • Travel coordination
  • Office supplies
  • Vendor management
  • Event coordination
  • Database management
  • Gifting
  • Ad-hoc projects; Xmas card list, research, reports, etc.
  • Pantry orders and sticking
  • Receiving daily lunch orders
  • Admin support for team
