Marketing Coordinator

A sales and marketing consulting services company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team in NYC!

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Facilitate automation of marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for writing copy, organizing, and sending email drip campaigns
  • Track and manage client and prospect accounts by uploading and maintaining profiles on an online CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
  • Coordinate with the sales team on a regular basis
  • Design and send mailers to leads and prospects
  • Communicate effectively with C-level executives and other professionals via email

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Must have content/copywriting and email campaign experience
  • Experience with a CRM strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are key requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy and willingness to take initiative; self-starter who is organized and able to work without close supervision
