We’re hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for a large healthcare organization in Philadelphia.
- Build relationships with leadership and implement HR solutions that support business objectives
- Respond to benefits questions and concerns
- Utilize HRIS to analyze data and prepare reports
- Develop a recruitment strategy, job descriptions, and salary grades
- Evaluate salaries during hiring, reclassifications, promotions, and market changes
- Resolve employee relations matters
- 3+ years experience working in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in conflict resolution
