Fund Accountant

Greenwich, CT


  • Maintain Fund level general ledger accounting
  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual fair value financial statements
  • Coordination and review of property level reports
  • Prepare quarterly cash flow reports
  • Prepare investor capital calls and distributions
  • Prepare and maintain waterfall models in accordance with partnership agreements
  • Maintain cash balances and manage sources and uses at the fund levels



  • BS in Accounting
  • 3-5+ years accounting experience, financial reporting and general ledger; real estate industry experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of Accounting systems/Yardi experience a plus
  • Superior Excel skills
  • Self-starter with proven ability to multi-task
