Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client, an alternative asset management firm in Greenwich,  is seeking a  Full Charge Bookkeeper  for their management accounting group.  This is a potential temp to hire opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and record cash entries in excel check registers for several entities
  • Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Code cash activity (from accounting standpoint)
  • Assist with year-end audit requests
  • Assist with quarterly co-investor requests
  • Provide ongoing support to third party administrator
  • Prepare invoice/expense allocations
  • Assist with financial statement preparation
