Compensation: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 + bonus
Location: Bucks County, PA – Hybrid
Responsibilities as the Financial Controller include:
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic financial initiatives.
- Operational Support: Provide critical financial support to plant operations, emphasizing on-site presence.
- Reporting: Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Investment Management: Collaborate on the effective allocation of financial resources to support company investments.
Qualifications of the Financial Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA is required.
- 10+ years of public/private accounting experience is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
