Job Overview – Director of Business Development

We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience, a robust network in the construction space, particularly in Healthcare and Higher Education. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your networking skills to connect with decision-makers and contribute to our success in capital projects.
Compensation: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities of the Director of Business Development Include:
- Leverage your network to connect with key decision-makers in Healthcare and Higher Education facilities and hospital systems.
- Stay informed about upcoming capital projects and contribute to the identification and pursuit of relevant opportunities.
- Spearhead the Request for Proposal (RFI) process, showcasing your construction experience to quarterback successful proposals.
Qualifications of the Director of Business Development include:
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on Healthcare and Higher Education.
- A proven networking professional who can establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Contacts in architectural and engineering firms are a significant plus, providing insights into upcoming projects.
- Experience with networking organizations such as GBCA and CREW is highly valued.
