Customer Credit Analyst

Westchester County NY

We are representing a Customer Credit Analyst who will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate reconciliation of customer returns and credits issued.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review customer returns for discrepancies
  • Process all customer return discrepancy documents in a timely manner
  • Follow up on discrepancy submissions
  • Reconcile customer deductions to credits issued
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of customer return balance sheet accounts
  • Work closely with OPS to make sure all information and deductions are captured
  • Record Bi-weekly payroll entries
  • Quarterly Payroll reconciliation

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with Accounting software programs; MAS90/200 helpful
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
