Our client is seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals in Massachusetts.
- Process all Installs, turn-ups and ports for our new and existing T1/HiCap customers accurately and timely
- Update customers with due date information
- Work closely with all internal departments to ensure correct service and billing for our many customers
- Utilize Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier’s online systems to process orders and obtain accurate service order completions
- Troubleshoot customer requests to ensure proper resolution
- 1-2 years of Telecommunications industry experience
- College degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound analytical ability, problem solving skills and technical knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
