Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet and announce all visitors
  • Maintain internal phone list
  • Assist in miscellaneous projects
  • Receive, sort and log all incoming mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Post outgoing mail and prepare overnight packages
  • Maintain Reception, manage cleaning service company such that Conference Rooms and Kitchen areas are tidy
  • Coordinate and schedule certain meetings.
  •  Call service technicians for all equipment failure (printer, copiers, coffee and telephone)
  • Contact Building Management for all office/building related issues
  • Compile marketing packages

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  •  Prior experience as a Receptionist
  •  Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Record of excellent attendance and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone skills, pleasant demeanor and positive corporate presentation
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willingness and ability to provide excellent service to our managers and staff as well as all visitors
